Dr. Monique Sandhu graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, with honours, from University of Western States (UWS) in Portland, Oregon.

Prior to graduating with her Chiropractic degree, Dr. Sandhu received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of the Fraser Valley and her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from University of Western States. Currently, Dr. Sandhu is completing a post-graduate training program in Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation, through the Carrick Institute.

Dr. Sandhu is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is also certified in the Webster Technique®. She continues to take courses through the ICPA to become more knowledgeable in pregnant and pediatric care.

Dr. Sandhu is dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals through collaborative and evidence-based practices. She employs a combination of chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue techniques and exercise rehabilitation. Dr. Sandhu is a Certified Active Release Technique (ART) Provider®. Some of her techniques include diversified technique, Thompson drop table, activator, Webster®, and soft tissue treatment (ART®, muscle energy technique (MET), instrument assisted techniques and pin-and-stretch).

Dr. Ekum Romana is passionate about educating her patients about their present state of health and illness to better equip them with the knowledge necessary to become capable advocates for their own wellness.

Her primary goal as an ND is to identify the underlying root cause of disease symptoms and work with the patient in developing a tailor-made treatment plan to remove causative factors.

In her practice she employs acupuncture, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counselling, lab testing, physical adjustments and lab testing as her preferred skill set to help patients resolve their health concerns.

Her areas of focus include family medicine, women’s health, fertility, thyroid dysregulation, adrenal dysfunction, digestive health, autoimmune support and allergies. She chooses both evidence-based natural and conventional therapies while ensuring that her treatments are safe, least invasive and effective.

Dr. Simran Hayer graduated with honours from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2025,
where she was actively involved as a member of the Sports Council and Palmer Centre for
Business Development. Growing up in British Columbia, she developed a deep appreciation for
active, healthy living through her involvement in sports and the outdoors – inspiring her to
pursue a career where she could help others improve their quality of life through movement-
based care.
She is passionate about treating patients from all walks of life, with a particular focus on sports
injuries, functional movement, and patient education. Her training includes a variety of evidence-
based techniques such as spine and extremity joint manipulation, active release techniques,
myofascial decompression, and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation to support optimal
mobility and recovery.
Dr Hayer is a member of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS) and is
currently pursuing her International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) to further
specialize in the care of athletes and active individuals. She believes in working closely with
each patient to create personalized treatment plans, while collaborating with other healthcare
professionals to address the full spectrum of her patients’ needs and support long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic she enjoys running, exploring local cafes, and spending quality time with
friends and family.
